Emily Zieroth is a young illustrator from Ontario, Canada, who  has been drawing since early grade school - and it was mostly for fun. However, thanks to a close friend of hers, she joined oDesk, and started taking those self-taught drawing skills and putting them towards a career. She has been illustrating kids books for over 3-4 years now and has illustrated well over 25 books.


Her style consists of a bright, fun, and whimsical form that is engaging and eye catching. She continues to strive towards great illustrations that makes kids smile, along with parents and clients alike.

Living on the Sunshine Coast with her family and new puppy, Colleen is thoroughly enjoying the lifestyle she has created so that she may concentrate on writing in an environment that allows for creativity and focus. Nestled in beautiful surroundings, she is inspired by nature and the beauty of the area she lives. She  has been a contract writer for over 20 years and has a passion for learning as well as teaching. 


Over the years, she has produced many books and publications for a diverse audience. From technical training manuals, marketing material from cattle ranches to kayaking, non-fiction biographies, workbooks to children's books and medical, health and wellness topics, she loves the challenge and the amazing learning experience it gives her. Always aiming to provide information clearly in an engaging manner, she will take on projects full throttle as you wish. 


As a teacher, coach and speaker, she loves to present information to groups and individuals.
